With over 35 years of experience, Emily Braman is a trusted expert in tackling complex residential and commercial valuation challenges. She offers a range of services, including appraisal solutions, valuation impact studies, and property tax consulting for both public and private clients.
Emily specializes in addressing intricate appraisal matters, with a focus on eminent domain, municipal projects, and litigation cases. Beyond leading her firm, she’s served as President of the Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is the founder of Ascend Appraisers, a professional network empowering women in the appraisal industry.
